SHIPPING POLICY

We use a variety of shippers for cost competitiveness and always include a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be requested within 30-days of receipt of your products.

In the event of a manufacturing defect of a product, we will replace your product at no cost to you.

​

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and bath and body products, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns of products that have been opened or used; unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect. Returns for unopened products will be accepted. Just ship the original item(s) back to us and let us know what you want in exchange or if you want a refund. Please note, there is a 20% restocking fee for returns.
